Country of origin of all products: Made in India.

Domestic shipping rates: Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,999. Orders below ₹2,999: flat 149 shipping fee. COD orders: ₹149 shipping + ₹49 COD handling charge. Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days.

 

International shipping: We ship worldwide. Charges calculated at checkout. Estimated 15–30 business days. We ship to: UAE, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, UK, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, and USA.

Customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Glass and fragile handling: All glass pieces ship exclusively via Blue Dart or Delhivery Premium. Every package is marked Fragile and packed with individual velvet cushioning, honeycomb kraft wrap, and a rigid outer box. We take full responsibility for damage in transit — see our Return Policy.

Failed delivery: Three delivery attempts are made. After three failures, the order returns to us. Re-delivery charges apply. Ensure your address is complete and accurate at checkout.
