Option 1: Measure a Bangle You Already Own
If you already have a bangle that fits beautifully, simply place it flat against a ruler. Measure the straight line across the exact inner diameter in centimeters (cm).
Option 2: Measure Your Hand
Bring your fingers tightly together and tuck your thumb in deep (as if you are sliding a bangle on). Wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest part of your knuckles.

The Math: Divide your hand's circumference by 3.14 to find your required inner diameter (e.g., 18.0 cm ÷ 3.14 = 5.73 cm).
