By accessing avarka.in and placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
Country of Origin: All Avarka products are Made in India. Handcrafted in the world's glass capital.
Products and handmade variation: All Avarka pieces are handcrafted. Minor natural variations in colour, texture, and finish from product photographs are inherent to handmade goods and are not defects. Timeless Edition pieces are limited and allocated first-come, first-served.
Pricing and taxes: All prices on avarka.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST. The final price at checkout includes all taxes and delivery charges — no hidden fees. Avarka reserves the right to modify pricing. Orders placed before a price change are honoured at the original price.
Order cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, the order enters fulfilment and cannot be cancelled. Bridal and custom orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Payment: We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery through Razorpay and Shiprocket. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant. By paying, you confirm that the payment method is yours and the information provided is accurate.
Product liability: Avarka products are designed for normal personal use as jewellery and fashion accessories. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, or exposure to chemicals. Glass jewellery must be handled with care.
Intellectual property: The name AVARKA, its logo, all taglines, product photography, packaging designs, and written content on avarka.in are the exclusive property of Avarka and protected under the Copyright Act 1957 and Trade Marks Act 1999. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of liability: Avarka's total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law and jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh.
