Processing time: 2–5 business days for standard orders. Up to 7 business days during festival seasons and new launches. Shipping confirmation with tracking is sent via email, SMS, and WhatsApp upon dispatch.

Country of origin of all products: Made in India.

Domestic shipping rates: Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,999. Orders below ₹2,999: flat ₹99 shipping fee. COD orders: ₹99 shipping + ₹49 COD handling charge. Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days.

Glass and fragile handling: All glass pieces ship exclusively via Blue Dart or Delhivery Premium. Every package is marked Fragile and packed with individual velvet cushioning, honeycomb kraft wrap, and a rigid outer box. We take full responsibility for damage in transit — see our Return Policy.

International shipping: We ship worldwide. Charges calculated at checkout. Estimated 10–18 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking: Live tracking link sent via SMS, email, and WhatsApp upon dispatch from avarka.in.

Failed delivery: Three delivery attempts are made. After three failures, the order returns to us. Re-delivery charges apply. Ensure your address is complete and accurate at checkout.
