Refund policy
At Avarka, every piece is handcrafted and quality-checked before it leaves our hands. We stand behind everything we make.
Country of Origin: All Avarka products are Made in India.
Return window: 7 days from the date of delivery.
Eligible for return: Items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original Avarka packaging with all components — story card, velvet insert, box,etc — intact.
Not eligible for return: Worn or used items. Custom orders, bridal sets, and Timeless Edition numbered pieces are final sale. Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery. Items returned without prior written approval from us.
Glass damage in transit: If your glass piece arrives broken due to shipping, we replace it at no cost. Photograph the damage immediately upon opening and email us within 48 hours of delivery at houseofavarka@gmail.com. Replacements are dispatched within 3 business days.
How to initiate a return: Email houseofavarka@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photograph of the item, and reason for return. We respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid return label where applicable.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer — provide your account details when raising the request.
Exchange: One free exchange within 7 days for a different size or design of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
Grievance Redressal: If your complaint is not resolved within 7 days of raising it, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer (details below). All grievances are resolved within 30 days as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
